About:

Megan Perry Moore, is a Seattle and LA-based photographer, author, and music essayist. Her work has been featured in Rolling Stone, Music Connection, SPIN, and Alternative Press, where she served as the In the Studio columnist and photographer. She is a twice-published author of WIRED: Musicians’ Home Studios (Rowman & Littlefield), featuring artists such as No Doubt, Sonic Youth, and Snoop Dogg, and How to Be a Record Producer in the Digital Era (Penguin Random House/Billboard Books). Currently, she is working on WIRED v2.0, a follow-up to WIRED showcasing a new group of renowned artists in their personal recording studios.

Her fine art photography includes solo exhibitions, RealNetworks and Insect Mind, in Seattle, WA. Her series, Saving the Soul of the Snow Leopard, was developed with the Snow Leopard Trust and Woodland Park Zoo for their annual fundraiser.

Megan is currently developing large-scale photographic collections and opening The Gallery in Seattle, a space to showcase her work and support emerging Pacific Northwest photographers.
